Abstract

|
|
Effects of temperature and aeration on the formation of non-basidiocarpous basidiospores of Ganoderma lucidum were examined. The spores were produced most early and abundantly at 30℃ on PDA. No spores were formed at 15 and 35℃. For the formation of the spores, aeration was essential. The spores were rarely produced under the condition of saturated humidity.
